Your Vision Premier Prepaid Card will arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 days after you sign up online. If you do not receive your card, please call our Customer Service at 1-800-207-1805.
When you receive your Vision Premier Prepaid Card in the mail, call the phone number on the sticker placed on the front of the card or visit my.visionprepaid.com to activate it. Then you must add money to your card via direct deposit or at a retail location to use it.
